Default shipping - can we take...

okay, having a sort out, and want to know if we can take the following things

1 butane gas torch for plumbing?

2 jointing compound for plumbing?

3 Camping tent?

do things have to be rust free? eg tools

any advice appreciated.

Hi Lisa can't answer all your questions but we had the first of the removal company's round to give us a quote today and hubby was a mechanic not going to do it in OZ but wants to keep a lot of his tools and they said just to make sure the tools and boxes were clean and free from rust.

You can definately take your gas torch, but not the butane cylinders, we had this confirmed by PSS who we're using to ship our stuff.

Is anyone else able to answer any of my questions?

okay, having a sort out, and want to know if we can take the following things

1 butane gas torch for plumbing?
yes to gas torch, but not the butane cylinders,

2 jointing compound for plumbing?

3 Camping tent?

4 do things have to be rust free? eg tools
make sure the tools and boxes were clean and free from rust

5 100% rust free? or just near enough?

6 My bike has bits of rust on it, does that mean i cant take it?

any advice appreciated.

Can only answer no 3, we took our tent but we had to give it a really good clean and i mean really good clean (spotless)
