Has anyone else had problems getting contact address for shipping pets, container or ARTC paperwork?

When we started this process we had plenty of offers to help out. I recently contacted someone to help with ARTC address with no luck. The same thing happened with pet relocation. The shippers want an Oz address and we can't get one. Before anyone jumps in saying that we only need phone no or e-mail, this is not true. We've checked with pet shippers and they've said it must be a full address and phone number.

Anyone else got round these problems?

I am in exactly the same position as you, we don't have family or friends in the Perth area. We are hoping to be using our timeshare in bussleton for the first 2 weeks, then we plan to hire a campervan to travel around & have a look at areas that we fancy settling in. This is making it difficult with the shippers as they want an address which we dont have!!!!! let me know if you have any success with this. GOOD LUCK
