Hi,

I have adjusted any details as requested. The meet up seems like a good idea and a few people seem interested. Any opinions on where to have it? Kings Park or somewhere else? Any info greatly appreciated.

Sarah

Some good news for those intending to buy in Perth...

Perth housing market slows
http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2...ction=business

"The message for buyers in Perth is that you should take your time, you should not be in any rush to buy Perth property because it looks like you might be able to pick up some bargains later on in the year,' he said.

Hi Sam,

Definitely up for a coffee when they schools go back, at the moment time just isn't your own if you know what I mean. I have had my mom over aswell since 13th December and she is going back to the uk on 9th February so I hope to get back into some sort of routine. I will phone or text you next week and we can meet up.

Sarah.
