seqrents rentals ?

i,ve been looking at there gated rentals
whats included in the rental price?
against say renting a home from real estate?

Complex rental, you'll only pay your household bills on top and there are no water rates.

If not in complex, you will have to amintain grounds/garden/pools unless otherwise stated and you now get charged water rates in Queensland.
