I've just got on the electoral roll to vote, but not sure how the Aussie system works - you have to number the boxes???

Basically you put in your policy positions, and it tells you where to vote such that the STV stuff works out best. In short, you don't want to give THEM control, you want your vote going to the least worst candidate.

Re: September 7, 2013
Got another email from 'Rudd' asking me to donate $5 to the cause, a month ago it was donate $10.
Cant stand the guy, the smirking face, the pathetic lines, the debt hes created OMG.
Then abbot pops up on TV last night doing a Rudd act and throwing in 'fair dinkums" with every sentence. Cringe! why do politicians have to make aussies look thick, I dont really believe anyone has said fair dinkum or shook a sauce bottle since 1978 and that was on a Paul Hogan show.

I'll give this thing a try when they get it working. Looks interesting...

They don't actually state the policy positions, the questions are simplistic, and they don't really address strategy - however on a 2D grid they don't do a bad job of placing me (although I do apparently share many policy views with the greens).
