Sending stuff to Australia.
Is it possible to pack our own stuff into cardboard boxes and deliver to a depot in Ireland and pick up at a Depot in Australia.
The whole lot amounts to 8 boxes 4ft long 2ft wide 2ft high.
Is there any special packing requirements
The boxes contain Compter, A1 plotter, Laser printer, clothes, books,Tpys.
Is it possible to arrange customs and insurance ourselves.
Has any one else done this themselves we have a limited buget but is the hassle worth it.

We had 4 packing crates that did not go with the main shipment. We dropped this with Excess-Baggage at the UK airport, then picked it up from the depot in Sydney.
There was the charde for shipping 300 pounds I think (roughly)
plus $150ish for Customs charges/checks.
Just google "excess baggage"
