Sending skilled application - what else to include to speed up the process ?
Hi,
We've already sent away for our Police certficates but is there anything else we can do before we apply to make the application process go more smoothly and therefore more quickly ? I don't want us to be kicking ourselves later when our application is delayed for a month due to something we could be doing now.
Thanks.

If you know you're in the fast-tracked ICT stream then sending the medicals soon
might be worth it because it will probably be procssed before the medicals' 1 yr
expiry is up. I sent everything all at once and got in (ICT fast track) in 1 month.
Even if you're in the long-wait category, it might be worth it in the chance that it
might actually speed it up. The risk is of course that you may have to pay and repeat
both police certificate & medicals again.

Tim,
How do you go about getting the medicals done before you apply ? Are there set forms that you must complete ?
