sending off the application at last..
First time on forum.. hope I have done this right!!
Just wanted to say that we have got everything together.. meds, xrays, police checks etc. and are off to the Post Office tomorrow to lodge our application to ASPC. I guess this is when the waiting really begins......

Applying for permanent residency under skilled independent. Primary applicant is me because of job (registered nurse).
Waited about 6 weeks for my skills assessment and while waiting for this had our police checks and medicals done. So far we havent had too many hiccups... fingers crossed though. I know that the hard part is yet to come.
Hope is will all be worth it in the end...
