Hi Dave,
Dazzac posted these sites on here recently, i am still thinking about using one of these when i come to sell. Will have to see what time i have and what the market is like at the time.

Dazzac used www.houseweb.co.uk
but these were also recommended to him,
www.thelittlehousecompany.co.uk

I sold mine through the little house company and I used an online solicitor too. Total fees were about £500 for the solicitor and £130 for the advertising, this was on a £450K property!

I got somewhere in the region of 100 enquiries through the web.

Certainly worth a go to start with, you can always use an agent if you need to.

Hi Owieb,

Do you have the details of the Solicitor you used please?

Thanks
Kevin
