To Sell Or Or Not To Sell?
Hi All
Currently In Early Stages Of Full Application,
Question
To Sell Up And Go?
Or To Go And Be Sure First?
We Are Hoping To Treat It Like Taking A Year Out,
On The Proviso We Might Not Come Back! Or If We Do, Its To Sell Up And Pack.
Your Thoughts Apprieciated

I'd definately take a trip over first... make sure it's for you!!
If you can afford to make the trip without using the money from the sale of the house then i would leave the house with an agent who can rent out the property!
This will give you a sense of security in case it doesn't work out and if the country is not what you expect!! If it is, then you can stay and sell up from over there!!!
Whatever you choose to do i hope it works out well for you!!

I'd say sell, at least if you've notihng to come back to you'll try harder there, otherwise you may not give it your all and think "I dont like it, let's go home" if you know your house is still sitting there.
