Was thinking about a get together on the foreshore? No idea what the weather's going to be like, but we'll confirm nearer the time.

Fancy it?

If its the 27/28th then count me and the girls in, not sure about Alan as yet, don't know what day he'll be working??

You may have seen it if you went into the Sunseeker section it was the biggest one there, also they would not let anybody on to have a look round and only $10 mil bargin.

Sorry only joking, did you have a good day there on Friday.

Yeah it was good - especially seeing as we didn't spend much - nope, edit that, we still spent money booking our Skippers Ticket, but that is kinda important, so I'll let Paul off of that one

Well someone's got to - you lot have NO momentum!!!

Come on - summer's round the corner. At this meet, we'll organise a rota for barbies.

What's that? Oh, the sound of emailed cancellations

How much is it, and what do you have to do, i take it if you want to sail you will need a skippers ticket.

Smile Re: Secret Harbour Gathering?

Hi everyone, we have been in Secret Harbour for nearly 2 months now and we really like it here.

We would be very interested in coming to any future meet-ups to speak to others who have been through the same thing as us and the boys would love to make some new friends. Connor (6) is at Comet Bay and Alfie (3) will be starting at Kindy in Feb (hurrahhh!!)

Hope to see you all soon

Cool - I've got an 'Adam' who's starting Kindy in Feb, but we're sending him posh The others aren't though - could only afford one

Keep watching this thread and I'll confirm times / day later on.

Be good to meet you.

We got a boat show 'deal' (probably extra ) of $160 each. That includes the theory and the practical in their training boats up in North Freo.

I think you would still need to take it if you want to sail as it's any vessel with a engine bigger than 6HP, which is pretty much everything.

Should be OK I'll let you know how we go......

My hubby took his skipper ticket theory test yesterday....and passed and is doing the practical on Saturday. Cost $100. No lessons though...just the test. Did it at Rockingham.
