Hiya Sandra.......

AMA have sed it's Adelaides prob...... which prob it is..... they have sent it and have the written proof.....

but...... AMA are not impressed we have contacted addy by fone or the case officer...... and have asked if we want to contact addelaide direct from now on in..... if so an email can be drawn up sayin so......

which is not what we want to do...... we are very happy with the service AMA has given to us....... we just wanted reasurances......

feel alot betta after this email today....... at least it being looked into...
