haggis supper

Has anyone been to Sea World Nara ? Any good/bad experiences ? I've tried looking at availability in September but it looks pretty full.

Any other suggestions for a good hotel on the Gold Coast for 4-5 days with 2 kids, aged 4 and 6 ?!

Yes we stayed there for 5 nights at the beginning of March and we liked it. Great pool and a good family buffet style restaurant with friendly staff. You walk straight from the hotel into Seaworld so very convenient for that and you can book a coach to take you to the other theme parks if you want. Better still hire a car as it's quite far out from Surfers and all the other attractions.

Nara is a really nice hotel, you should try Wotif.com only thing is you would need to leave it till the week before you come, but I don't think you would struggle getting somewhere decent on the coast through them. Try sticking to Surfers if your not hiring a car as it will be more central and easy bus route
