'Scotland Yard' information number...
This is the phone number to Scotland Yards information help line regarding this mornings terrorist attacks on the London transport system...
0870 - 1566 - 344.
The information help line for the Embassy of Ireland, London is...
020 - 7201 - 2501.
The majority of London household and business phone lines are fully congested; mobile calls have overloaded the system and BT has cut lines to a minimum so emergency services can have the greater access... so trying to get through to friends and family can be horrendous and frustrating.
Hope these numbers can help those in Oz that have had trouble getting through to London. Sorry to say they are not free call numbers. Profound and deepest sympathy to those who have been effected by this horror.
