Regard Enewe:):cool There are so many of them and the best i can think at the moment is William Angliss in Melbourne. Apart from these u have Holmesglen, Meridien Int. Hotel School (Both Melbourne), ASTHM (Perth). U also have a lot of Tafe colleges like, Box Hill Inst. of Tafe in Melb etc that offer Cert III and Cert IV courses in Bakery. Basically every city in Oz has tafe colleges(government backed) that offer bakery courses. Hope that helps, Cheers. |

Hiya
My OH has just started the Bakery course at Gold Coast TAFE (Ashmore Campus). We also live in the area and it's lovely!!!! Feel free to ask if you want to know anything else (not that I've put much!! LOL!) Jo x |
Re: School for Baker in Australia
do you know the tuition and the duration of the course for international students?

Re: School for Baker in Australia
The duration is 2 years - first year bakery and the second hospitality management.
I think the cost is about $20,000 but check on their website. |
