Satellite/Cable telly in Perth
Wots the crack with Foxtel over there these days. They have been talking for ages about going digital and getting all these extra channels but when i emailed them last week they couldnt provide any more info.
Anyone into recieving channels from abroad on a big motorised dish? I beleive there is a lot you can pick up round Perth esp all the asia sats for live football games etc, anyone got a setup like this???
Last time I was over there the Foxtel was absolute garbage, obviously Mr Murdoch concentrates his efforts on the US & UK leaving his own country with all the dross. Hopefully when they go digital over there it will improve, as it has in England with SKy

Ok, it flopped. Nobody got it. Put overly-happy Neighbours side by side with the misery of EE and Neighbours will win every time in Aus.
Both might be available on pay TV, but weren't last time I looked (18 months ago) All that was on Foxtel etc was reruns of old sitcoms and other rubbish. You will probably find a programme online somewhere - local papers perhaps?
