Sales of Pork Pies in SE Queensland are rising!
Well, for all those lovers of traditional English Pork Pies,and for those who can apreciate the difference of whats sold here in the supermarkets currently to what a real Pork Pie should taste like... the first batch will be ready for sale tomorrow.
I have been in Australia now just 15 weeks and already life seems to be taking yet another unexpected turn (hopefully for the better). It's only thanks to the encouragement of some of you guys on here that I've set upon this small venture.
So anyway, if anyone whos interested these Pork Pies will be stocked at the 'Hope Island Deli' next to BI-Lo at the Hope Island Marina village shopping centre. just off Exit 57 Pacific Motorway(Oxenford exit just after Dreamworld).
Let me know if you managed to get hold of one as well, as the owner has put in an order for just 20 pies to start off with.

Thats great news! Now, if only I could get down and buy one but Cairns is a bit to far.
