sale agreed....
just to say that we've had an offer this morning on our house, that we accepted.. and with a bit of luck, the sale will hold and off we go to Queensland!!

We are ready to go too but are just waiting for the house to sell. It's been on since the end of October. The agent has just been on the phone and said they will advertise our house in the local paper next week again to try and drum up some fresh interest over Easter. Fingers crossed!
