Default Salary offer - can someone please help!

What does it mean if your offer says something like $60 000 plus super? What does the super part mean?

I am no expert but I think it means they pay your super (pension) on top of your salary, and I think the minimum is 9%.

Hopefully someone else will come along and put me rigt if i am wrong!

Yes ~ It is compulsory for your employer to pay your Superannuation on your gross salary into a super fund - 9%.
