My spreadsheet at the top of this thread includes a score sheet.

Na sorry, as much as I agree McCaw is pretty shocking at the breakdown, that award without any doubt has to go to the Chalkey Burger boy, he is appalling.

All this means nothing - it's how you do on the day that matters.
Dublin 1991 - ABs favourites. Look what happened.
Jo'burg 1995 - ABs were by far and away the outright favourites. Lomu was this great sensation. Look what happened.
London 1999 - ABs were cruising against France, absolutely destroying them. Look what happened. This is one if the best games of rugby I've ever seen btw.
Sydney 2003 - ABs again favourites. Look what happened. They handed England the WC that's what happened.

On the big day the ABs choke. The history is there for all to see.
p.s wc 2003 england were favourites and THE NO1 TEAM IN THE WORLD AT THAT TIME [not the abs]
Chokers.
how did they hand england the wc. when england beat all comers in their own backyards before wc. england would have beaten anybody that yr. too much experience.
this yr though, i think the abs are in an even better position this yr.

They never beat the AB's.

Very rarely have to be honest.

Sure Poms were favourites to win but ABs should have walked it against Australia in their semi but they choked and lost. If England had played ABs in the final could have been a different story but ABs would have probably choked as usual!

gggggggh!

Woodwoodwoood always said he was eternally grateful that they never had to play the All Blacks as he didn't think that they would have the strength to beat them.

England has played the AB's 29 times, they have lost 22 times.

That's a record I can relate to.

And just how many matches did the Lions win after the WC?

And with a predominantly WC winning side!
