rugby or ozzie rules ?

My kids are mad about sports, and I was wondering what the general experience is with kids when going to Oz.

My boys both play rugby here, and love it, but I also used to love watching Ozzie rules, whenever it was on Tv. Do must kids stay playing rugby, or do they play ozzie rules ?

also what are the other common/populour sports at oz schools ?

Though rugby and cricket are the main games the youngsters seem more into proper football while at the younger age and then turn into rugby at a later age.

Not necessarily. But in my experience, rugby is most often played at private schools; I've never known a public school with a rugby team. :)

They probably do exist, though - somewhere! :p
