l don't know why they risk their lives getting here by boat when it seems so easy for so many to get in by enrolling in these dodgy cooking and Hairdressing colleges or Permanent Residency factories as they call them. Much easier and safer to pay $10 or $20 grand to go to one of these colleges to get P/R rather then pay it to people smugglers to come illegally.
