RTA Question?

here's a thread that hopefully won't get any crossed wires.

my hubby holds a HGV class 2 license here and was wondering what he needs to do to renew it in oz. he holds an australian driving license but not need his HGV whilst over there. i believe the equivelent is called an MR license just wondered if the laws on HGV have been relaxed the same as normal driving licenses.

It could get confused, very easily, The RTA here in QLD is the Residential Tenancy Act www.rta.qld.gov.au

I'm pretty sure that the HGV laws were not relaxed as the private car laws have been in some States.
But it would be worth checking with the State concerned.
