i have been living in brisbane for 12 months. I was a self employed roofer/fascia gutter fitter in uk but had no qualifactions. Since coming to oz finding it difficult to get a job in this field. I have been labouring for a plumbing company which is ok and the money is ok. Any ideas how i can get into the roofing/fascia industry.

Drive around the big development sites looking for fascia/gutter blokes & ask for a start. Failing that ask for one of their cards or the name of the company they work for & then send them a letter or telephone them direct.
