Rockhampton
We have been living in Brisbane for almost 8 years now but I have been offered a job in Rockhampton for next year. Thinking of living in Yeppoon, does anyone do the trip into Rocky during rush hour, and if so how long does it take roughly?

Re: Rockhampton
All depends where in Rocky you have to get to and where in Yeppoon you live, as there are really only 2 decent roads out from the coast. Anything between 30minutes and an hour - time of day dependant.
The main Rocky Yeppoon road is fairly quick but watch out for roos at the obvious times of day and they do seem to have a fair few accidents down there. Thankfully I live and work in Yeppoon, I try and avoid going to Rocky as much as possible. |
