Default robina/varsity lakes

We are looking for a nice new or modern 4 bed rent in Varsity lakes area, but as we are new to renting we are strugling to get a look in........any ideas how to play the system and how it works.

Also does anyone know of any rentals available in this area ?

I"d say you"ll find something a that area for around $500/600 mark.

Hi,
It was our first time renting to, I sorted out loads of photocopies of all documents required ready to take to the viewing so if we liked it we had everything in place, we also offered the full six months rent up front as we didn't have a credit rating it worked in our favour. It was a tedious time everyday going to all the local real estate agents finding out the open houses for that day.
