Unless they are very obscure, the RACV organisation is about it in Victoria. RAA is the South Australian motoring organisation (by their website). There maybe other businesses that do vehicle recovery but are not part of these organisations.
www.247roadservices.com.au seems to be nationwide service, but I've never heard of them, so I would be very dubious as to their coverage. Recovery and mechanical businesses tend to affiliate (though not all do, but having affliation helps get business) with state-run groups such as RACQ, RACT, NRMA, RACV etc. If you join one of these organisations www.racv.com.au, they offer cheaper recovery than if you are not, coupled with the fact that they offer services which other businesses don't. In addition, you have some recourse to fix problems if things go wrong.

BTW, which search engine did you use? Google?

RACV is the only one I know of in Victoria, there could well be others but I haven't really looked. We use RACV.
