Ringwood/Box Hill Accommodation Melbourne
We're thinking of building a 2/3 bedroomed serviced apartment near these areas specifically for short term lets for expats like us while they wait for furniture to arrive or to find suitable rental. There would be a shared pool and help and advice on hand.
The location currently is 1/2 hour drive from city and when the freeway goes through in 2 years will be 1/2 hour drive from Frankston.
It would probably be available from November.
Been trying to find out the possible levels of interest and likely weekly rate but similar properties out of the city are rare and can charge up to $1000pw.
If you can offer any suggestions as to price or services required I'd love to hear from you.

Wrong location for ST Rental anything close to that money you will need to be closer (alot closer to good links ie tram/train) just because of the eastern link does not justify good location. more like the region of $400 to $600 per week.

I thought the $1000 price tag some are charging was ridiculous (might go an see them for comparisons though) but was just trying to get a feel. Eg. how much are people paying for Big 4 accommodation? I've looked at their tarrifs but got a little confused.
Any advice is still very welcome. Thanks again.
