Revolutionary NEW IDEA
In an effort to control and monitor EXPATS. I have devised a cunning plan.
Borrowing information and technologies already available via the PRISONS in the uk.
All migrants should wear a GPS satelite location armband at all times.
Briotish expats , will then hook up a specific page direct via satelite, and at the EXPATS discretion an avatar will represent the "said" expat on satellite Imagery.
This way we can monitor what them LUCKY BASTARDOS are doing downunder
The device could be worn as a watch and we could track using gps, and have the latitude and longitude digitally remastered for the internet.
A similar device for keeping tabs on kids is available
