I bought myself a lovely big bag of revels the other night (Alan was on night shift) opened them up (drooling in anticipation) put my hand into the bag, pulled out what i thought might be a choco peanut and YEUK!!!!!!!

was a bloody choco rasin, rummaged through bag and NO peanuts at all!!!!! (only found this fact out after eating everything in the bag first of course)

Right off to watch some crappy sat tea time tv, Ant & Dec are recreating the old quiz programmes as part of itv's 50yr anniversary, stuff like the generation game, price is right etc ....oh I know I have a sad life.

th coffee ones are too plentiful for my liking. Hubby has to eat them once I have discovered they are yukky coffee!

And you can buy them here (imported from UK) in a small chain of shops called Sweet As...I have seen these in Chadstone and also in Forest Hills. They are often really cheap too- no idea why, but ours is not to question why...

I like them all really (orange ones' my least favourite though), but it doesn't stop me from eating a little bit off the side of each round one so I know what flavour it is I'm about to eat...

Yeah, I guess you can get them in the little UK Sweet Shops" - don't get the adverts though, which is a shame as a lot of Brit ads put Aussie ones to shame!

I miss the UK ads too...what is it with the ads over here and them screaming at you to buy their products??? What are they trying to do? Bully us into buying them?

As for revels...I can get them at my local british sweetie shop...my favs were the little toffee ones...not enough of them in there either!! Orange and coffee were so rubbish weren't they? BLEURGH

Has anyone else notice the difference with UK and Aus Maltessas? It used to be my favorite sweet but the ones here taste horrible, something's wrong with the chocolate and the malt isn't very malty.
