Default Retning out your underground parking space

Do any of you do this and, if so, have you had any problems with it?

Do you own the space or are you also renting?

We've got a fixed car parking allocated to us but someone in our building has been parking there for the past several months without even having the courtesy of taking our permission

Does your rent contract specifically prohibit you from sub-leasing? Check with your agent, am sure it should be fine, don't see any reason why they would object.

Urm, what sort of problems do you foresee occurring in a parking space? Midnight rave parties? If there are problems, can you not just change the lock?

Is the property an apartment in a complex, with a building manager? Or is it a house with a double garage?
