Restrictions on home buying
I'm sure this will have been covered at some stage but..
Are there any restrictions on newbies buying houses in QLD?
I've heard (somewhere) that newly arrived immigrants can only purchase new houses and heard elsewhere that they can't buy for x amount of years..
Any truth in either one? Any wise ones out there that can help?

Were looking at going over on PR skilled? visas, sponsored by QLD Gov. Any help??
