Red face Renting in Perth!

We are renting in Aveley next to Ellenbrook at present but would like to move in the next couple of months.Want to move for a few reasons really...its fine where we are, very new but too far away. The Wife doesnt drive, its quite
expensive and i have just got a job in Bayswater. Before the job was thinking of moving to Joondalup where there is a bit of life and good public transport.
Can anyone recommend a suburb no more than 20 min from Bayswater?Whats Morley like?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

morley is alright, i have lived there and just down the road in balcatta. Morley has a big shopping center which is handy, theres a few pubs, cinema as well there. The area itself is pretty standard, the houses are a mix, some nice new builds some old run down places. I never had any trouble living in either area.
Theres also a main bus station next to the shopping center and its only about 15 minutes to the city center

Here's good site for suburb profiles, distance from Perth, Accommodation etc.

It also has comments on each suburb

Good luck with your search
