Renting in Melbourne - Mount Eliza
Hi,
Not one to post, but am an avid reader or maybe lurker is the correct saying!
Anyway not sure if this is of any use to anyone - but..
We have bought a property in Mount Eliza which we will not be living in until June 2007 after daughter has finished her GCSE's. We will be renting the property out for a year, until we can get over - counting the days, well months. So if any one is interested please get in contact.

myself oh and 5yr daughter are going to mornington pen on june 24 looking for 6 month rental hopefully we can get one sorted before we arrive so we dont need to do the hotel ,caravan thing which we dont want .
it would be nice just to get there and into a house straight away.
we are from scotland at moment we have own house which we are keeping as investment in uk and are going to have to rent it out ,can you tell us if it is still available and how much per week , if it is we can send you refs and speak on phone so has to give you piece of mind , hope to here back soon
