Renting a house
 

Hi

Could somebody tell me the process for renting a property in Brisbane ?

Have been told they have an open day .... if you like it how do you get it ... arm wrestle ?

Do you have to go down the open day ?

Also if you rent would any of the services be paid by the landlord ?
