renting and holiday lets

Can anyone help.Have sent our police checks last week,and thats it now,they said visa should be here in 3 to 6 weeks.We sold our house before xmas,have left our jobs,so we are ready to go!
Does anyone know any holiday lets wedsites in Brisbane,then we want to rent till we buy.What paper work do we need to rent?
