Hi ALL!!!!!
I read that in WA, you have to submit interest in rental property at the cost of 1wks rent....and you still might not be accepted
.... Do you lose the money,? do you have to keep doing this until you get a place....surely not, that could cost a fortune

The 1 weeks rent is supposedly optional it is supposed to be an indication that you are serious about the application. If your application is unsuccessful you get it back, the only time you lose it is if you are accepted and then pull out.
