Is that short term? Is it fully furnished?, if so then it's probably about right.

Don't forget you don't have to pay for rates (and maybe not even water).

Seem very cheap to me. Izzit just a shoebox?

I'd expect a semi-decent furnished house in Perth to cost upwards of $500 per week as a short term rental.

I'm by no means an expert but do spend rather alot of time on realestate.com
I don't know the area your going at all but I've been looking at renting in northern queensland 3 or 4 beds 2 baths unfurnished for approx $300 to $350 per week so furnished that doesn't sound to bad.
If you go on www.realestate.com.au it'll give you an idea of how much rentals are. You can be very specific about areas, no bedrooms etc. Might offer some reassurance

It's very hard to get furnished rented that's probably why. You'll probably have to go off unfurnished and see how that relates to what you've been offered, if it is more expensive see if it's worth it to you. The only furnished I've seen where we are going was $575 per week for 4 bed 2 bath, exactly same house in same street unfurnished $320, so I don't think it's worth paying $250 extra per week for furniture but each to their own. I thought £150 sounded quite reasonable.

Order the hits by price - go to the last page - the last two are furnished.

One hundred and fifty quid is cheap.
