Default Renters coming to bayside

Is there anyone out there who is coming to the bayside area and wants to rent a house until March, 50 metres from the water at Wellington Point. The rental value is $440/week but if you sublet from us we would take $300. It is a new architect designed 3 bed house with fantastic views, spa, 3 bathrooms and a gate that leads directly onto the beach and kids play area. It is a bargain to rent as it was previously up for 650/week (aaaaargh) and is only a short distance from local ammenities. If you are interested drop us a PM. You must have good references.
Thanks, Karen.

Would the landlord accept a 10 year lease agreement ?

I'm tempted to rent my house out and take over yours

I assume you have now found something to purchase ?

Hello, Eric
Yes we move in on the 23rd of November. Unfortunately (some peeps may not know this but you have to take a lease for a min of 6 months). Very stupid for looking at houses, fools rush in and all. It is probably very unlikely that we will get someone through the agent as they did'nt seem interested. But thanks for the plug, it is a great house in a great location and now at a great price. Also an extra benefit is that peeps taking over only need to rent for 3-4 months which gives them heaps of time to buy a place (as you know Eric a normal contract takes 30-45 days. Karen

Don't forget to mention it on the Bayside. I know there are at least a couple of families arriving in the middle of November. When will the house actually be vacant for people to rent from ?

Hi
Bayside is East of Brisbane, near the coast, roughly 20-25 kms from city (very popular with Brits as cooler). The house is available from Friday 25th November. Yes I will post on Bayside Brits-thanks Eric.

I'm surprised people arent biting your hands off for that location......I'm sure you'll have no problems though, we sublet our rental in wellington point (much less desirable location than you) in a week for $300p.w, plenty of people are happy to take on a shorter lease, good luck,
Michaela
