Question Rented Accommodation Advice

Can someone let me know if rentals include the household bills in the weekly charge???

  • Basic Water charge included - not usage
  • Electricity & Gas not included
  • Council Tax equivalent ie rates is paid by landlord
    [You should ensure your own contents are covered by an insurance policy
