Rentals in Upr Coomera, Ormeau etc etc
There seems to be loads of rentals available in these areas (4 beds houses etc)
On this basis, can anyone confirm that on arrival you can basically be in one of them in a couple of days once you meet their criteria ( bond lodged with them etc.)??
Or am I being naive?

With answer to your question yes it can take a few days or longer, once you have seen the rental and filled out the form and have answered the questions that may be asked, depending on the real estate agent and the owner of the rental depends on how long it will take, if the owner of the rental is ok with a migrated family who does not have any history etc then it will take only as long as it takes the owner to say yes, but we have had people who have told us they have been refused because they are migrants and when they did get a rental it took nealy a week
