Hello all.
we fly out on the 8th August for good and are looking for a rental with a pool. Does anyone know of one or is anyone leaving there rental around those dates. Any help would be really apreciated, we have 2 children and a dog in 30 days (small dog).

we would like somewhere in Caloundra, Little Mountain, Wurtulla, Aroona, Kawana, Pelican. not too fusy really as long as near to beach, school and dog walking park.

were also looking at same area from sept time got apartment for two weeks from august
not many about is there

We live in Little Mountain. The estate is called Ivadale Lakes. We love it here its peacefull and 5 mjnutes from Dicky Beach. We rented on Belvista for 6 months it is a njce estate but seems to be rental city and a bit close to the airport but most of the houses are pretty new. Rentals with pools are like gold dust and i would suggest calling in all the estate agents to get the rental lists. They love the poms see us as dollar signs so be careful i would suggest if you see something you really like offer a bit more per month and offer 6 months up front and you should get it, Dont get involved in auctions it is usually the estate agent trying to get more money out of you
