rentals or are lease's the norm QLD
Hi all,
Just been looking at realestate.com.au and a lot of the homes say a price per week, are they mainly lease or rent?. We will be looking at getting a place for about six months and are not sure whether this could be a problem if they are leasing for a year. We are looking at new homes and they are saying $400per week

You sign a LEASE for 6 - 12 months and pay your RENT weekly!!

1 months rent as a bond and 2 weeks rent up front then approx $400 per week is averagein some areas yes...
