Default Rentals??

Whats the storey on rentals here?? So many people say different things,
1. You can't find rentals anywhere
2. Plenty of rentals, but lots of people visiting them
3. Got a rental in 1 day
4. Can't find rentals with pets
5. Real estates said not a problem with pets

So which one is it? Obviously different place different rule but there must be some kind of line?
There seems plenty of ads for rentals, and plenty that have pets on application? so is it really that hard??

Default Re: Rentals??

When we were renting the market was "lively" and sure properties move quickly. However, its not impossible to find a rental but you do have to expect some sort of compromise on your ideal property usually and move quickly to secure what you view. Its a landlords market out there and not a tenants.

If you have the capital to pay rent up front, a few months for example, then objections to pets seem to vanish. Our rental didnt allow pets at all until we stumped up the rent in advance and the landlord then suddenly didnt see a problem with our Doberman
