Its $320 aweek unfurnished a 4x2 ,but were hoping to get someone in before Nov on a 6 mth contract

We arrive end of august, staying in temporary furnished until 10th Oct until PE arrives. Would be interested in your rental, if you could pm more details / photos. Also, is the contract extendable beyond 6 months.
