The Moore Family

Hi, just wondering if anyone could tell me what sort of references we will need for applying for a rental and how many.
We are heading for Noosa on 14th August and will be staying in a serviced apartment for 3 weeks in which time we need to find something more permanent, just wondering if it might take longer or if its pretty straight forward.

Any help would be much appreciated.
