Rental in Parkdale/Mordialloc VICTORIA
 

Sought after location and available from 24th Aug onwards

Hi there we are moving out of our 3 bedroom unit in Parkdale (Melbourne) late August.

Wondered if anyone was interested in taking it on.

I have had the go ahead from the landlord and the agent to try and find someone as we are breaking the agreement.

It is a 10 min walk to Parkdale train station and strip of shops, 2 mins from local milk bar. 20 min walk into Mordialloc centre, 5 min drive from Southlands shopping mall.
23Km from CBD and I commute to the city everyday for work, well Sat & Sun excluded. Takes about 45 min on the express train.

Anymore info required then please let me know, I have pictures of the unit and can send on as requested.

Yes, had to go through the agent and no shortage of takers.

Thought I would offer it on here first knowing how it would go when it went onto the market but no takers.

The problem is that everyone wants everything to tie up to suit themselves. In this market it can't and doesn't work that way.

I did try.
