Default Rental Disbursement Fee

The leasing contract I am about to sign has a clause 'The tenant acknowledges that a disbursement fee of $2.75 plus GST will be charged on all service accounts'. What does this mean and is it standard?

I've been renting for over a year and I've never had to pay a disbursement fee. As far as I'm aware I don't have it in my contract lease agreement.

Best to ask the leasing agent.

That one is not the landlords fault.
That's the Agent double dipping, charging the landlord and the tenant !!

Who is the Agent ? Do they give you an option to pay them without that fee.
