We are buying our first Aussie house, and so we need to get out of our lease here, we are buying nearby, the house is a brand new 4 x 2 in a great location, (Seascapes area of Halls Head) we have only been here for 3 months, first to occupy, and its just great, loads of space (unusually for a new house) near the beach, and close by to the developing coffee strip, its going to be fantastic here soon. We are moving mid to late April so we don't have much time to find a tenant.. pm me if you'd like some photo's or any details.. we currently pay $280 per week, bargain it is lovely!!
