rental available in Helensvale, Qld
Hi
Will anyone need a rental in Helensvale in about 6 weeks, cause we are moving out of this one. We have nearly finished our house and we will be moving out in about 5/6 weeks. We have been in this rental for a year now and have been very happy here. It has 4 beds, rumpus, DLUG, a pool and backs onto a golf course. Nice family rentals with pools are really hard to come by in this area. We are paying $460.00 a week.

Perhaps you could put us in touch with the agent in case it hasn't been re-let by then?
Are you settling in Helensval then? Do you have any children who go to the school there? Am interested as we are headed to Helensvale, and have two kids to get into school there.

We are building in Regatta Waters, Oxenford, but I am still keeping the kids in Helensvale. It's one of the best schools in the area and they have settled well there. I have two boys, 10 and 12. They will also go to the High School in Helensvale as it has a better reputation than the schools in Upper Coomera.
If you need to know any other info on Helensvale let me know.
